LINKS Canada/Nova Scotia Business Service Center Digby-Clare CBDC is a member of the Community Business Resource Network. In Partnership with the Canada/Nova Scotia Business Service Center, we provide free on-site access to resources that will help local businesses succeed and grow. These include: An Internet enabled public access computer to access general business information and research government programs, services and regulations. A resource library of business related material on topics dealing with business planning, marketing, financing options, exporting and much more. The services of the Canada/Nova Scotia Business Service Center can also help with statistical information and market research. Employment Nova Scotia Self-Employment Benefit (SEB) Administered on behalf of Employment Nova Scotia. This program is available to persons either receiving or eligible for EI or have received or have been eligible for EI in the previous three years (five years for maternity leave) The program replaces regular EI with a wage support for a period of time the length and amount to be determined by Employment Nova Scotia is available with other assistance or as without other assistance.
